Terms:

• Activities can only be purchased and used in conjunction with a Kiwi Experience Small Group Tour.

• All customers must have their own Trip Planner account.

• The date you select in the Trip Planner needs to align with your Small Group Tour. An incorrectly selected date does not guarantee your spot and may result in the loss of your booking. 

• Once activities are purchased, you will receive an email confirmation containing a voucher number. You will need to show this to your Driver Guide to secure your reservation.

• Your activity voucher is valid for the same amount of time as your tour.

• To request a refund for an activity, please click on the "cancel" button located in your "My Bookings" of your account.

• Activities must be booked and paid for before the activity starts. 

• Should an activity not be possible (due to bad weather etc.) a full refund will be given.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will incur 10% loss of booking cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur 100% loss of booking cost.
